Seperate from the more techincally-focused developer_meetup() events we try to have a social meetup every few months where WordPress users from Montreal get together at a bar in the evening to hang out. The last few events took place at Brutopia on Crescent street, though future events may be held at different locations.
The goal of these events is simple: Get to know all the other WordPress fans from your city! All types of users come to these events, from bloggers and business owners who use WordPress to power their sites to pro coders and plugin developers who spend their wholes lives working with WordPress.
